Wally dog figurines are matching pairs of pottery dogs, standing guard, which were usually placed on mantlepieces in the 19th and early 20th century homes. They often wore collars and chain leads around their necks and more often than not, they were spaniels. This pair measures 14″ tall x 9″ wide x 4.5″ deep. They show some marks and wear to the paint (please see photos).
