Attlee Special Indian Wooden Cigar Box Vintage Rare

£125.00

This rare example measures 20.5cm x 14cm x 3.5cm and shows some wear to the ink lettering on top. The interior is still clear and visible. It was made for Excelsior Stores & Restaurant, Hornby Road, Bombay (Mumbai). I believe the Attlee is referring to Clement Attlee, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

After researching, I cannot find another example, nor any reference to this brand. Perfect for adding to a collection.

Free UK Postage.
