Vintage Large Flag Swallowtail Pointed Pennant Light Blue & White Cross

This large flag measures 72″ x 50″ and shows some wear and age related marks here and there, with a couple of holes (please see photos). I have been told possible matches for the flag include a rank flag for the Greek Navy but this doesn’t match up with the flag measurements printed on the hoist, or a flag for the Shetland Isles, with the swallowtail indicating authority. I am not certain of its origin, but it is highly decorative regardless. One of two I have for sale. It has “‘E’ or ‘C’SL Original” written in red pen at the top. Perfect as a display piece or to add to a collection.
